Consolidated Freight is a family run business with a solid reputation dating back to the 1970s specialising in fresh produce transportation.
We have built relationships with our clients over many years and have a strong understanding of the requirements for reliable and safe transport from farm to market and distribution centre. We maintain a daily dialogue with farmers to make sure we are consistently able to make timely decisions to prevent disruptions to the flow of freight to its destination.
Consolidated Freight is one of the larger movers of produce between the Melbourne and Sydney markets.
We have been operating out of Werribee South amongst the Victorian farming community for the last 15 years, beginning as DTS transport and continuing with the takeover of the inter-coast transport produce divisions in Melbourne and Sydney in 2011. We also have depots in Devon Meadows (Victoria) and in the Flemington Produce Market (Sydney).
Consolidated Freight incorporates a company-owned fleet of Kenworth K200 and B-Double Maxi-Cube refrigerated trailers that run between the Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane markets.
We are known for our long association with fresh produce through retail and wholesale distribution in Victoria servicing a number of farms in Red Hill, Dromana, Corra Lynn, Wandin, Seville and surrounding areas, through to the south-east of Victoria. Pick-ups are on a daily basis, dispatching to Sydney and Brisbane on the same day.
We also deliver to Coles Distribution Centres in Eastern Creek, NSW and Parkinson, Queensland as well as Coles Polar Fresh and Americold in Laverton, Victoria.
We have the warehouse and coolroom capacity to service the interstate movement of all categories of fresh produce.
